02.01.2011– LOS ANGELES, CA -- Harlot Unlimited is pleased to announce Grammy nominated singer Brian McKnight will be performing live and unplugged at Avalon in Hollywood on February 8th, 2011. The show will be recorded for a DVD release in conjunction with McKnight's new album Just Me slated for release in April. Brian welcomes all of his Los Angeles fans to this free show to enjoy his latest recordings as well as his classic hits. "I have been looking forward to this project for quite sometime," says McKnight, "It's been something the fans have been asking me to do for years".

Brian McKnight has earned himself a spot in contemporary music history. He has released thirteen albums to date; seven of them have gone platinum with several going two and three-times platinum, and has sold over twenty million albums worldwide. He is the recipient of numerous awards including Soul Train and Image Awards, as well as sixteen Grammy nominations. Additional nominations include MTV Video Music Awards, BET Awards, and American Music Awards.

In addition, Brian has co-hosted "The Brian McKnight Morning Show" on KTWV the Wave Smooth Jazz radio station in LA. He was also the host of a nationally syndicated music and entertainment TV show "The Brian McKnight Show".

With seemingly endless talent, Brian has used his vast industry knowledge as a red carpet host for "Extra!" and has seen success in musical theatre. In 2005, McKnight toured with the production of "Cheaters". In 2006, McKnight scored "Daddy's Little Girls" for Tyler Perry the same year he released the album TEN. In 2007, McKnight stepped back onto Broadway with a run as Billy Flynn in "Chicago". His latest acting endeavor is the Je'Caryous Johnson play, "Cheaper to Keep Her", currently touring the nation and co-starring Vivica A. Fox.

After all of this and twenty years of touring, and while simultaneously recording his fourteenth album, this is the first time Brian has ever taped a live concert DVD.
