After filing a lawsuit over unpaid wages, Oscar winner Adrien Brody is upset about the release of Giallo on DVD today. The film was shot by horror legend Dario Argento, and Brody claims the paycheck of just under $1 million never arrived.

The film had a $14 million budget and was released over a year ago in the United Kingdom, and as recently as September in Japan and other overseas markets.

The film details a serial killer in Italy, mutilating and killing attractive foreign women for his pleasure. Brody plays the Inspector on the case, and although the film is already out, director Argento has already removed his name from the project, citing the final cut was not of his liking or intent.

The film has received tons of negative reviews, and sits quite low on the IMDB scale. Brody is asking for over $2 million for fraud, breach of contract, and his original salary.
